Curtain Holdback Installation

  • Mounting Hardware

    What’s Included:

    —Wood mounting bracket

    —5/8’’ screw - attach holdback to mounting bracket

    —1.5’’ screws (x2) - attach mounting bracket to wall

    —Drywall anchors (x2)

    What’s NOT Included:

    —Philips screwdriver

    —Drill with 3/16’’ bit for drywall anchor pilot hole

  • Step 1

    Attach the wood mounting bracket to the wall in the orientation shown in the image above (notch facing the wall on the top side). For drywall installation, anchors and 1.5’’ screws are included. Anchors require a 3/16’’ pilot hole.

  • Step 2

    Slide the curtain holdback over the mounting bracket and install the 5/8’’ screw on the bottom of the bracket as shown in the image above.

    NOTE: Only tighten the 5/8’’ bottom screw until just snug. Overtightening may crack the wood.
